i did some looking on this and i couldn’t find any halfway decent flash character sites other than sitepal. i went to their site (www.sitepal.com) and it’s not free, but they do give you your money back if you don’t like it.

Hi guys as a flash pro a client needed/wanted something like this i looked at sitepal but thought the price was to expensive due to it being a subscription and them streaming content from there site.
