{"id":815,"date":"2022-07-28T16:50:12","date_gmt":"2022-07-28T14:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yelloworb.com\/orbblog\/?p=815"},"modified":"2022-07-28T17:28:18","modified_gmt":"2022-07-28T15:28:18","slug":"maytech-remote-and-makerx-vesc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yelloworb.com\/orbblog\/maytech-remote-and-makerx-vesc\/","title":{"rendered":"Maytech remote and MakerX VESC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Building the tow boogie I am using the <a href=\"https:\/\/maytech.cn\/collections\/speed-controllers-and-remotes\/products\/mtskr1905wf-ip67-waterproof-esk8-esurf-remote\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/maytech.cn\/collections\/speed-controllers-and-remotes\/products\/mtskr1905wf-ip67-waterproof-esk8-esurf-remote\">Maytech MTSKR1905WF Remote<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makerx-tech.com\/products\/go-foc-hi200-hi100-75v-200a-esc-based-on-vesc-accepting-order\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.makerx-tech.com\/products\/go-foc-hi200-hi100-75v-200a-esc-based-on-vesc-accepting-order\">MakerX Hi200\/75V VESC<\/a> together with the <a href=\"https:\/\/flipsky.net\/products\/brushless-sensored-motor-amphibious-fully-waterproof-motor-65161-120kv-6000w-for-efoil-ejet-boards-ebike\">Flipsky 65161 motor<\/a>. Here are som some quick notes about the settings I have used to get things to work as I want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a circuits diagram on the <a href=\"https:\/\/maytech.cn\/collections\/speed-controllers-and-remotes\/products\/mtskr1905wf-ip67-waterproof-esk8-esurf-remote\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/maytech.cn\/collections\/speed-controllers-and-remotes\/products\/mtskr1905wf-ip67-waterproof-esk8-esurf-remote\">Maytech page<\/a> which makes it easy to connect the remote receiver and the VESC together using the pinout picture on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makerx-tech.com\/collections\/x-esc\/products\/go-foc-hi200-hi100-75v-200a-esc-based-on-vesc-accepting-order\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.makerx-tech.com\/collections\/x-esc\/products\/go-foc-hi200-hi100-75v-200a-esc-based-on-vesc-accepting-order\">MakerX page.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>VESC App settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>if you are using firmware version 5.03 (VESC TOOL 3.1) or above &#8211; turn off the phase filter, see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makerx-tech.com\/pages\/download\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.makerx-tech.com\/pages\/download\">here for more details<\/a><\/li><li>Set App to Use to UART &#8211;
