In february I decided to change ISP to Universal instead of Bostream mainly because I would save 124 kr per month. When I ordered thay said it would take some time and the change would be done May 4th. May 4th came and I lost my connection, great they have made the change I thought, but no….

After a couple of days I found out that Skanove, the cable monopoly in Sweden, had lost the order to put my telephone line into Universals equipment. Of course they had got the order to disconnect me from Bostream! It woudl take 10 days to fix because Skanove treated it as a new job order to connect me even if it was their fault! Just great! And dont think you can call Skanova anv complain, they only talk to ISPs since those are their customers… Anyway the ten days passed and I got a new e-mail from Universal. “Sadly Skanova have made and internal error and your line has not been moved.! AAARRGGHHH! Ten more days of waiting….

Finally today I have connectivity!!!
